Polyurethane pads are one of the most versatile material options for flexible urethane sheet available on the market to date. With significantly longer life spans than common materials such as rubber, cast polyurethane sheet and pads have become an industry standard for vibration dampening operations, die cutting pads, chute and hopper liners, aggregate pads, and a host of others. Our cast urethane pads are completely customizable and machinable.

Standard 85A Blue Urethane Pad

One of the most popular standard urethane sheet stock options is 48″ x 48″ 85A blue urethane. This color and durometer is common among many industries including agriculture, bulk polyurethane material handling, oil and gas, mining, and many others. Common uses include chute and hopper liners, aggregate pads, belt scrapers, conveyor skirting, etc. Standard sizes are 12″ x 24″, 24″ x 24″, 48″ x 48″, and 48″ x 120″. Standard thickness range is 1/4″ to 1″ with specialty thick or thin options available upon request. Our standard sizes offered online for purchase are 24″ x 24″ and 48″ x 48″ modular pads in 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, and 1.5″ thicknesses. These pads are designed for ease of purchase and easy installation due to their compact size.
