Job Brief:
Production associates work in manufacturing and ensure production processes and their outcomes meet established standards. Our production associates manufacture finished goods, trim finished goods, inspect products, conduct prep work, stock products, package products, ensure the operation maintains efficiency, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality urethane parts with a low scrap rate
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Monitor raw material levels
Requirements:
- Efficiency
- Basic math skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience manufacturing urethane parts (not required but preferred)
- Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, working in a space that lacks climate control or lifting objects with an established maximum weight
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
